Overview​

Join our referral program and earn share rewards by introducing qualified investors to OX Agry's investment opportunities. Help us build our investor community while securing additional equity in our revolutionary AgTech platform.

Referral Rewards Structure​

Referral Percentage: 10%​

✅ Referrers qualify to receive 10% share rewards of the total invested amount by their referred investor

✅ Rewards are calculated based on the principal investment amount (excluding any bonus shares from promotional offers)

Example Calculation:​

  • Referred Investment: ₹5,00,000
  • Your Referral Reward: ₹50,000 worth of CCPS shares
  • Reward Rate: 10% of referred amount

Eligible Investment Products​

✅ Qualifying Investments:​

  • CCPS: Valuation Cap with Discount
  • CCPS: Growth Rate

❌ Non-Qualifying Investments:​

  • Loan Option

Reward Structure​

Share-Based Rewards Only​

✅ Referral rewards are issued as CCPS shares with the same protection mechanisms as the referred investment

✅ No cash payouts - All rewards are equity-based to align interests

✅ Same terms apply - Your referral shares come with identical investor rights and protections

CCPS Variant Matching:​

  • If referral invests in Valuation Cap with Discount → You receive shares with valuation cap (₹100 Cr) and 30% discount protection
  • If referral invests in Growth Rate → You receive shares with 50% annual growth rate protection

How It Works​

Step 1: Register as Referrer​

  • Email us at [email protected] with subject "Referral Program Registration"
  • Provide your name, contact details, and existing investor status (if applicable)

Step 2: Make Referrals​

  • Share investment opportunity with your network
  • Ensure referred investors mention your name during their investment process
  • Referred investor must be a new investor to OX Agry

Step 3: Track & Earn​

  • We'll notify you when your referral completes their investment
  • Your referral shares will be issued within 30 days of the referred investment
  • Receive detailed documentation of your referral rewards

Referral Requirements​

Qualifying Referrals Must:​

  • Be new investors to OX Agry (no prior investment history)
  • Complete minimum investment of ₹1 lakh
  • Mention referrer name during investment process or in LOI
  • Successfully complete full investment including documentation and fund transfer

Referrer Requirements:​

  • Must be registered in our referral program
  • Can be existing investor or non-investor
  • Must maintain confidentiality of all shared information
  • Cannot make misleading claims about investment returns or company performance

Terms & Conditions​

General Terms​

  • Referral rewards are subject to successful completion of referred investment
  • Maximum referral reward per investor: ₹10 lakhs worth of shares
  • No limit on number of referrals you can make
  • Referral shares follow same conversion timeline and terms as underlying investment

Compliance & Legal​

  • All referrals must comply with securities regulations
  • Referrers cannot act as unregistered investment advisors
  • Company reserves right to verify and approve all referral claims
  • Disputes resolved through binding arbitration

Program Modifications​

  • OX Agry reserves the right to modify referral terms with 7 days notice
  • Changes apply to new referrals only (existing pending referrals honor original terms)
  • Program may be suspended or terminated at company discretion
